Emilia-Romagna TAR rejects interim challenge to Bologna betting and VLT licences
The Emilia-Romagna Regional Administrative Court rejected an association’s request to suspend licences for betting and VLT operations at a Bologna venue. The court said the association’s premises were not listed as a sensitive site when the Questura issued the licences on 10 April 2026, and the ruling did not decide the case’s merits.
The ruling leaves the challenged betting and VLT licences in force while the underlying case proceeds.
