Italy’s Council of State links bingo concession fees to operator turnover
Italy’s Council of State ruled on 29 April 2026 that bingo concession fees during technical extensions must reflect each operator’s turnover. The court partly upheld concessionaires’ appeal, annulled the ADM’s refusals to review the fees and said the administration must rebalance the economic terms and call new tenders.
Bingo concessionaires’ fees must be recalculated individually, while the administration is required to hold renewal tenders.
