Fortuna Entertainment Group agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Lithuanian betting operator TOPsport, according to the report. The deal would give Fortuna entry into Lithuania, but remains subject to regulatory approval in the country.

Reportedly, Poland’s UOKiK has opened an investigation into bookmakers’ treatment of consumers. The authority is examining product design and contract terms.
Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) is reportedly conducting social responsibility checks on bookmakers, including Fortuna, STS, Superbet, Bukmachers, E-toto Bukmachers and LV Bet. The review covers websites, apps, customer terms, player-protection tools and possible interface practices that could influence consumer behaviour; UOKiK can impose fines of up to 10% of annual turnover for breaches.
