Finanstilsynet orders Inpay to halt new iGaming partner onboarding
Denmark’s Finanstilsynet ordered Inpay to temporarily stop onboarding new iGaming business partners after finding deficiencies in customer due diligence and transaction monitoring. The authority said the company must document that the serious breaches have ceased before establishing new relationships; Inpay told it that it had already stopped doing so voluntarily.
Inpay cannot onboard new iGaming partners until it documents that customer due-diligence and transaction-monitoring breaches have ceased.
