Reportedly, Exalogic expanded its collaboration with Fast Track on 18 August to introduce agentic CRM workflows in Italy. The collaboration covers Exalogic’s network of licensed brands.

NetWin.it selected Fast Track’s CRM, Rewards and Greco products for player engagement across its Italian operation, the companies said. The systems will be deployed together on a single customer model; NetWin.it operates an ADM-licensed online casino and sportsbook.
Terragon has appointed Tim French as commercial director, the company said. French previously worked at Greco and Fast Track, and will support Terragon’s efforts to broaden access to its player account management technology.
