Gruppo Sun Bet partners with Fast Track on CRM in Italy
Gruppo Sun Bet has partnered with Fast Track to manage Sunbet Italia’s customer relationship management, the companies said. Sunbet Italia will use Fast Track’s Singularity model and a platform that combines player information across sports betting, casino, poker and bingo; the operator said its team can also use the AI platform in Italian.
Combining player information across four products gives Sunbet Italia a shared CRM platform and Italian-language AI tools.
