Exalogic and Fast Track expanded their partnership to deliver CRM workflows to Exalogic’s network of licensed brands in Italy. The companies said integration and compliance work was complete, with multiple operators already live; more than 20 licensed brands use Exalogic’s technology.

Fast Track has agreed to provide player engagement solutions for bet-at-home’s sportsbook and casino, the companies said. The platform includes a shared real-time customer model and tools for engagement, gamification, loyalty and CRM workflows.
bet-at-home has integrated Fast Track's platform to handle player engagement across its sportsbook and casino. The company said the technology is intended to support management and expansion of engagement in regulated European markets.
NetWin.it selected Fast Track’s CRM, Rewards and Greco products for player engagement across its Italian operation, the companies said. The systems will be deployed together on a single customer model; NetWin.it operates an ADM-licensed online casino and sportsbook.
Terragon has appointed Tim French as commercial director, the company said. French previously worked at Greco and Fast Track, and will support Terragon’s efforts to broaden access to its player account management technology.
LOGiCO held an online meeting on 18 June with certification laboratories, suppliers and operators to discuss implementation issues arising from Italy’s new technical rules for gaming certification. Participants discussed the possibility of jointly requesting an extension from ADM, but no request or decision was reported.
