Esportes da Sorte agrees to acquire BETBR Loterias in Brazil
Esportes da Sorte, through subsidiary HS Gaming Participações, is acquiring 100% of BETBR Loterias, which owns the Apostou, B1BET and BRBET brands, according to the report. The transaction has been notified to Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) for review; the source does not say it has been completed.
Cade’s review will determine whether Esportes da Sorte can complete its acquisition of BETBR Loterias and its three brands.
