HS Gaming Participações, a subsidiary of Esportes Gaming Brasil, is seeking to acquire Apostou.com in Brazil, with the transaction under review by CADE under Public Notice No. 464. The deal would give Esportes da Sorte Group control of the operator of BETBR Loterias and its B1BET and BRBET brands.
The proposed acquisition could bring BETBR Loterias, B1BET and BRBET under Esportes da Sorte Group’s control if approved.

Wazdan has launched its gaming portfolio with Betnacional in Brazil through the Relax aggregation platform, the company said. The rollout includes named titles such as Bumba Meu Boi Coin and a range of other releases; Flutter Brazil's head of games welcomed the addition to Betnacional's offering.
It was reported that RubyPlay and Betnacional went live in Brazil under a multi-studio content agreement. The launch includes Koala Games’ Voltage Blitz titles and RubyPlay’s broader portfolio.
RubyPlay has agreed a partnership with Betnacional, a Flutter-owned brand. The casino content supplier said the deal strengthens its position in Brazil's regulated iGaming market.
Esportes da Sorte, through subsidiary HS Gaming Participações, is acquiring 100% of BETBR Loterias, which owns the Apostou, B1BET and BRBET brands, according to the report. The transaction has been notified to Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) for review; the source does not say it has been completed.
