Regulation

Bet Legal identified 428 new illegal betting sites between the announcement of Brazil’s Provisional Measure No. 1.394/2026 and 27 September, according to the report. The report says the measure bans fixed-odds betting and online casinos.

The reported increase in illegal sites raises enforcement concerns as Brazil prohibits regulated fixed-odds betting.
