Emilia-Romagna court refuses immediate suspension of Bologna gaming venue licences
The Emilia-Romagna Regional Administrative Court rejected an association’s urgent request to suspend authorisations for a betting and VLT venue in Bologna. The association says the venue is about 60 metres from its premises and challenges the city’s sensitive-site mapping; the court scheduled a full hearing on the interim request for 9 September 2026.
The court’s decision leaves the venue’s authorisations in place pending the September hearing.
