ANCI Emilia-Romagna representative calls for national gambling framework with local powers

Regulation

Massimo Masetti, institutional representative for ANCI Emilia-Romagna, called for a national gambling framework that preserves local authority to act on issues such as operating hours. The proposal concerns how national gambling rules could preserve municipalities’ ability to set local restrictions.
