TAR Emilia-Romagna keeps Bologna betting and VLT licences in force
The TAR Emilia-Romagna rejected an association’s request to suspend betting and VLT licences for a venue in Bologna. In its 9 September 2026 order, the court said the association’s premises were not on the municipality’s list of sensitive sites and found insufficient grounds at this interim stage to suspend the licences issued by Bologna police headquarters.
The ruling leaves the venue’s betting and VLT licences effective while the dispute continues.
