DraftKings and FanDuel apply to enter Arkansas mobile sports betting market

Licences & markets

DraftKings and FanDuel have applied to offer mobile sports betting in Arkansas, according to a spokesperson for the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. Scott Hardin said the companies could begin operating if regulators approve their applications; commissioners have not set a review date. Any mobile offering would require a partnership with one of the state’s three licensed casino sportsbooks.

Approval could enable two national operators to compete through Arkansas casino partnerships.
