Caesars Sportsbook has asked a federal judge to dismiss the Cayuga Nation’s lawsuit concerning mobile wagering on its New York reservation. The Nation filed suit in June, alleging Caesars took bets without tribal consent between January 2022 and July 2025.

New Jersey generated $678.1m in gaming revenue in July 2026, an annual increase of 11.9%, citing InterGame. Internet gaming contributed $276.9m, while sports wagering generated $97m. Revenue across the first seven months reached $4.2bn, up 6.9% from the corresponding period in 2025.
US consumer interest in sweepstakes casinos reached its highest level of 2026 in July. The Sweepstakes Blask Index reached 14.24 million, approximately 25.7% above its May low, despite further state restrictions and bans. Chumba Casino accounted for 19.25% of tracked demand.
