Gaming Laboratories International said CVC has become its first external investor, through CVC Strategic Opportunities. The investment covers GLI and related entities and is intended to support the company’s future growth; financial terms were not disclosed.
The investment could provide GLI with additional resources as a certification provider to regulated gaming markets.
