Chile’s TDLC keeps four casino licence tenders on schedule
Chile’s TDLC rejected challenges seeking to suspend casino operating-permit tenders in Iquique, Viña del Mar, Coquimbo and Pucón, according to the SCJ. The court’s 28 July decisions leave the technical and financial bid hearing scheduled for 11 August 2026. Marina del Sol, Corporación Meier and Dreams sought suspension of one or more processes.
The rulings keep the four casino permit competitions moving towards their scheduled bid hearing.
