Brightstar Lottery extends Ghostbusters licensing deal for five years

Brightstar Lottery said it has signed a five-year extension to its exclusive licensing agreement for Ghostbusters with Sony Pictures Entertainment. The extension allows Brightstar to continue developing and distributing themed omnichannel lottery games globally; the companies said their collaboration has produced more than 25 games with over 20 lotteries.

Brightstar can continue developing and distributing Ghostbusters-themed lottery games globally under the extended licence.

Brightstar Lottery signs multi-year contract renewal with Spain's ONCE

Brightstar Lottery said its subsidiary Brightstar Global Solutions signed a multi-year renewal with ONCE to support the Spanish lottery operator's activities through software updates and central gaming system upgrades. Brightstar has supplied ONCE's lottery technology since 2002, the company said.

Brightstar Lottery PLC said on 22 October 2026 that its subsidiary Brightstar Global Solutions Corporation signed a multi-year contract renewal with the Organización Nacional de Ciegos Españoles (ONCE). Under the renewal, the subsidiary will continue to support ONCE's lottery activities in Spain through software updates and the progressive evolution of the central gaming system, the company announced.
