Brazilian courts uphold betting operators’ account controls in two cases

Regulation

Two Brazilian court decisions found no basis for consumer claims against betting operators in disputes involving multiple accounts and gambling losses, according to the report. The rulings address how Brazilian courts apply consumer liability rules to account restrictions and responsible-gambling controls.
