Brazilian betting turnover rises 32.6% in second half of 2025, Pay4Fun data show

Regulation

Online gaming and betting turnover in Brazil reached R$587.2bn in the second half of 2025, up 32.6% from the first half, according to a Pay4Fun analysis of information obtained from the Finance Ministry. The first-half figure was R$442.8bn; Pay4Fun chief executive Leonardo Baptista said the earlier downturn reflected operators’ and users’ adjustment to new legal and operational requirements.

The reported half-year increase gives operators and investors a measure of betting turnover after regulation took effect.
