Belgium’s Gaming Commission links gambling exclusion to debt settlement

Belgium’s Gaming Commission says people in collective debt settlement are automatically added to the EPIS exclusion list. The ban covers physical and online casinos, slot machine arcades and betting, and ends automatically when the settlement is complete; if that completion was not recorded, the debt mediator must update the relevant database.
Operators must maintain the exclusion across gambling channels until the debt settlement ends and the record is updated where needed.
