Belgium’s Gaming Commission sets one-year wait for third-party exclusion appeals

Belgium’s Gaming Commission says a third party can apply to exclude someone from gambling, after which the person is notified by registered letter and added to the EPIS list. The person can seek to end the exclusion only after one year and must provide evidence of steps taken to address their gambling problem.
Operators must enforce the cross-channel exclusion and cannot consider a waiver request during the first year.
