Belgium's Gaming Commission caps class B licences at 180

Licences & markets

Source: Kansspelcommissie (Belgium)

Belgium's Gaming Commission says a class B licence is required to operate an amusement arcade and that no more than 180 may be granted nationally. The Commission says new applications are currently unavailable unless a vacancy is published; class B licences are valid for nine years, with the listed documents required for renewal.

Arcade operators face a capped licence pool and cannot apply unless the Commission publishes a vacancy.
