Belgian Gaming Commission lists conditions for class B gaming hall licences

Regulation

Source: Kansspelcommissie (Belgium)

Belgium’s Gaming Commission says up to 180 class B licences may be issued for gaming arcades. No applications are currently available; if a licence becomes vacant, the Commission will publish it and applicants must follow a special procedure. A licence lasts nine years, and the page sets out documents required for renewal.

Operators need to meet the stated renewal requirements and can apply for a new licence only if one becomes vacant.
