Belgium's Gaming Commission says cafés must hold a class C licence to offer gambling, with a maximum of two bingo machines and two reduced-stake machines. Players must be at least 21, and the licence is valid for five years; applications and renewals require municipal and tax documentation.

Queensland’s OLGR says it must publish reasons for licence decisions when applications attract comments or objections. Its guidance states that it publishes decision notices within 28 days, covering liquor and gaming machine applications.
The Hellenic Gaming Commission says it issues licences and certifications for gambling in Greece, including land-based operations and online services. Its overview describes separate online licences for betting and other games, certification requirements for suppliers and affiliates, and eight licensed casinos.
Ontario’s AGCO sets out requirements for General Delivery Licence holders, including where liquor may be obtained and delivered, staff training and order records. Deliveries are permitted from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, and order records must be kept for at least one year.
Greece's Hellenic Gaming Commission (EEEP) says online gambling affiliates must hold a suitability licence and appear in its register. Applicants submit requests through the commission's information system, with requirements set out in decision 509/1/11.09.2020.
Anjouan Gaming says its enforcement policy sets out how it identifies and responds to regulatory non-compliance by licensed operators. Possible actions include compliance notices, administrative penalties, licence suspensions and revocations, with the response depending on the breach’s seriousness and circumstances.
