Source: ANJ (France)

France's ANJ published guidance to help licensed gambling operators handle fraud committed by players with online accounts. The regulator said the guide sets out a non-exhaustive range of cases, evidence to collect and actions or recommendations concerning player accounts and balances; it does not create new obligations.

Operators can use the guidance to assess evidence and determine how to handle accounts and balances in suspected fraud cases.
