KSA updates guidance on player affordability checks in the Netherlands

Regulation

The Netherlands’ KSA updated its guidance on how licensed online gambling operators should assess player affordability, following a review of their practices. Operators must base affordability assessments on stable income, not savings, under the revised guidance.
