Altenar and the International Betting Integrity Association have partnered on sports betting integrity in Africa. The report cites IBIA projections, based on H2 Gambling Capital data, that African gambling GGR will reach US$19.4bn by 2030.
Altenar has joined the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), the company announced, with the sportsbook supplier citing the body's monitoring and intelligence-sharing work as the basis for its membership. IBIA is a not-for-profit association that works on sports betting integrity, and its membership covers more than 90 companies and 200 betting brands, according to the announcement.

Bet builders accounted for 39.6% of singles bets, compared with 20.28% at Euro 2024, while average stakes rose from about €3–5 in the group stage to €10–13 in the knockout rounds. Player Special market turnover reached about 400% of its Euro 2024 level.
