AGCOM plans gambling communication guidance by August

Regulation

AGCOM plans to publish guidance on commercial communication for Italy’s gambling sector by the end of August, Davide Gallino, the authority’s director of media services, said at iGB L!VE 2026. Operators would receive interpretive guidance on applying existing advertising rules, including to digital and social media.
