AGCO sets renewal and change requirements for Ontario gaming suppliers

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) says suppliers must apply to renew registrations and pay any applicable fee before expiry. Suppliers must update address details within five days, while new officers and directors require personal disclosures and the Registrar’s approval.
Suppliers risk registration expiry if they miss renewal requirements and must obtain approval for specified ownership or leadership changes.
