Ontario's Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) sets policies for break-open ticket licences, including rules for multiple ticket types, sales locations and licence extensions. A licence may run for no more than five years, including amendments and extensions; the licensing authority may apply risk-based criteria when considering an extension.
