Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) gives registered online gaming operators guidance on identifying and supporting players at risk of gambling harm. Its expectations include proactive monitoring using automated and manual tools, ongoing review of indicators and information from multiple sources.
Operators are expected to maintain monitoring systems that identify risk and enable timely player support.
