Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) proposed a 60-day suspension of the liquor sales licence held by 1830277 Ontario Inc., which operates Rosedale Sports Bar & Eatery in Hamilton. The AGCO alleges the venue served a patron who was or appeared intoxicated before a collision that killed two people; the allegations are separate from criminal proceedings. The licensee may appeal within 15 days.

The proposal could suspend the venue’s liquor sales licence, subject to the licensee’s appeal rights.
