ADM sets digital rules for physical instant lottery tickets in Italy

Regulation

Italy’s Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) issued rules for adding digital play experiences to physical Gratta e Vinci tickets, according to the report. Tickets must be bought at authorised retailers, and each lottery may offer two to six digital representations lasting at least eight seconds. The rules allow five days for ADM to raise objections to notified game mechanics.

Lottery concessionaires must meet new conditions for digital play, including advance notification of changes to game representations.
