Vladivostok court sentences 16 people over illegal casino network

A court in Vladivostok sentenced 16 people linked to an illegal casino network, reportedly operating in the region since 2016. The unidentified alleged organiser received a suspended three-year prison term, while other members received sentences of six months to two years. Authorities estimated the casinos had taken in about RUB375m before police raids in late 2024.
