Visualize Group agrees to acquire eCOGRA, subject to regulatory approval
Visualize Group has agreed to acquire eCOGRA, a gaming testing and certification provider, the company said. Financial terms were not disclosed, and completion remains subject to regulatory approvals. eCOGRA will continue under its current leadership, with chief executive Will Shuckburgh remaining in the role.
The proposed acquisition could change ownership of a testing and certification provider used by gaming customers and regulators.
