Visualize Group has completed its acquisition of eCOGRA after receiving required regulatory approvals and clearances, the company said. Financial terms were not disclosed; Visualize said its combined testing and compliance platform now holds licences or accreditations in more than 800 jurisdictions.
The acquisition combines two gaming compliance providers and expands the group’s stated jurisdictional coverage.

BMM Testlabs said it received approval to provide online game testing and certification in New Zealand under the country's new online casino framework, overseen by the Department of Internal Affairs. The lab already tests land-based gambling products there.

Andorra’s Consell Regulador Andorrà del Joc has authorised BMM Testlabs España to test and certify gaming equipment for the market, the company said. The approval allows it to operate as an authorised laboratory in Andorra.
