Visualize said it completed its acquisition of eCOGRA after receiving customary regulatory approvals and clearances. The transaction, first announced on 30 June 2026, brings eCOGRA into the same platform as BMM Testlabs, which Visualize acquired earlier this year. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The combination brings two gaming testing and compliance businesses under one platform for suppliers and operators.

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission says its regulations cover the permitting, transport, operation, relocation, modification and destruction of slot machines and other electronic gaming devices. Under 205 CMR 144.00, each slot machine must be tested and approved by a commission-certified independent laboratory before use on a gaming floor; the commission identifies GLI and BMM Testlabs as certified labs.

Andorra’s Consell Regulador Andorrà del Joc has authorised BMM Testlabs España to test and certify gaming equipment for the market, the company said. The approval allows it to operate as an authorised laboratory in Andorra.
YesPlay announced the appointment of Tebogo Makamo as its chief executive in South Africa. Makamo has led CDP Gaming Technologies since 2015 and previously held roles in gaming technology, operations and compliance, the company said.
