The Visualize Group has completed its acquisition of BMM Testlabs after securing regulatory approvals in various regions, according to BMM’s announcement. The transaction’s financial terms were not disclosed, and BMM said Martin Storm will remain its president and chief executive.
BMM Testlabs said it received approval to provide online game testing and certification in New Zealand under the country's new online casino framework, overseen by the Department of Internal Affairs. The lab already tests land-based gambling products there.
