Virgin Bet launches South African betting operations under Mpumalanga licence
Virgin Bet, operated by LiveScore Group, has launched in South Africa under a bookmaker licence granted to VB South Africa by the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator on 6 January 2026. The licence permits online bookmaker activity under the Virgin Bet name but excludes land-based bookmaking; the launch is the brand’s first expansion beyond the UK, the company said.
