VICI completes C$200.6m acquisition of Alberta casino properties
VICI Properties said it completed the acquisition of the real estate assets of Deerfoot Inn & Casino, Great Northern Casino and two nearby hotels in Alberta, Canada. The transaction was valued at $144.4 million (CAD$200.6 million) and adds the portfolio to VICI’s lease agreement with PURE, increasing annual rent by $11.6 million (CAD$16.1 million).
