Pure Casino Entertainment completes Gamehost acquisition in Alberta
Pure Casino Entertainment has completed its acquisition of Gamehost, whose shareholders received CA$13.65 per share in cash, according to the report. The deal adds three casinos and three hotels to Pure’s portfolio, bringing it to seven casinos and three hotels. Separately, VICI Properties completed a CA$200.6m purchase of real estate assets at three casino and hotel sites, increasing annual rent under its lease with Pure by CA$16.1m.
Pure’s completed acquisition expands its casino and hotel portfolio, while VICI’s property purchase increases rent under its lease.
