Tuscany court confirms VLT licence revocation over unreported entrance change
The Tuscany Regional Administrative Court rejected an appeal against revoking a VLT venue’s licence in Prato, ruling that the entrance change should have been expressly reported to the Questura and assessed in advance. The court found that the submitted plan did not clearly communicate the change; it declared a separate appeal over refusal to transfer the licence inadmissible as moot.
The decision makes clear that venue plans alone may not satisfy notification requirements for changes affecting supervision.
