Lombardy regional court suspends VLT licence revocation in Trescore Balneario

Regulation

The Lombardy Regional Administrative Court in Brescia suspended the revocation of Susy Srl's licence to install VLT machines at a gaming hall in Trescore Balneario, Italy, according to a media report. The court said morning bar attendance alone did not establish that gaming had become a secondary activity; the case is due to be examined again on 11 November 2026.

The suspension allows the gaming hall's VLT activity to continue while the court considers the dispute further.
