Sardinia administrative court upholds betting-shop licence revocation

Enforcement & compliance

Sardinia’s Regional Administrative Court rejected a company’s appeal and upheld the revocation of its public-security licence for a betting venue in Cagliari. The company was ordered to pay €2,000 in legal costs.

The ruling confirms that later repayment arrangements did not undo the licence consequences of established contribution violations.
