Subtel orders DNS blocking of 42 unauthorised gambling domains in Chile
Chile’s Subsecretaría de Telecomunicaciones instructed major internet providers to block 42 domains linked to unauthorised online gambling platforms, following Supreme Court and Santiago Appeals Court rulings. Providers have up to 48 hours after notification to implement the blocks and report completion; the SCJ validated the domains.
Operators named among the domains face blocking, while providers must implement the order within 48 hours of notification.
