The Social Gaming Leadership Alliance (SGLA) appointed Sean J. Ostrow as executive director, replacing Jeff Duncan, and named four new board members. Duncan joined the board alongside Derek Brinkman, Lloyd Melnick and Bryan Schroeder, the organisation said.
The appointments reshape SGLA leadership and board membership as the group advocates regulatory frameworks for Social Plus games.

Altenar appointed Mitchell Harrison as sales director, the company said. Harrison will focus on expanding the sportsbook technology provider’s presence in Europe and North America, drawing on more than 20 years of sales and business development experience, including eight years in iGaming and sports betting.
Kansas Governor Laura Kelly appointed Dominique John Lopez as acting director of the Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission. Lopez fills the vacancy left by Don Brownlee’s retirement after 11 years as executive director; the appointment remains subject to Senate confirmation.
Bluberi appointed David Bollesen as senior vice-president of US Studios, where he will lead teams in Reno, Austin, Las Vegas and Atlanta. The company said Bollesen previously held senior product and studio roles at Ainsworth Game Technology and IGT.
Pavilion Payments announced that Mary Beth Higgins will become chief executive and Alyssa Beaver will become chief revenue officer, with both appointments effective immediately. Higgins joined Pavilion as interim CFO, while Beaver was promoted from senior vice-president of sales.
Galaxy Gaming appointed John M. Boushy as a Class II director, effective Wednesday, succeeding Meredith Brill, who intends to step down after four years on the board. Chairman Mark Lipparelli said Boushy’s experience spans gaming operations, strategy and corporate governance.
