It was reported that Galaxy Gaming’s board authorised repurchases of up to $4m in common shares after its Evolution merger ended. Evolution acknowledged a $5.2m termination payment obligation to Galaxy.

Evolution published a notice announcing termination of the deal, and the report was updated to include a response from Galaxy Gaming and Evolution's intention to end the merger.
Reportedly, Evolution generated €517.8m in net revenue in Q2 2026, down 1.2% year on year but up 2.4% at constant currency. The live casino supplier's European business returned to growth, while EBITDA reached €341m.
