SBC partners with IAGR and IMGL on gambling regulation education

SBC said on 14 May it will work with the International Association of Gaming Regulators and the International Masters of Gaming Law to produce educational content on gambling regulation. The work will feature at events and through SBC media, including a planned regulatory programme at the SBC Summit in Lisbon from 29 September to 1 October 2026.

The project will give industry audiences and regulators shared educational content on changing gambling rules across jurisdictions.

SBC Summit 2026 closed in Lisbon with 40,000 attendees, an increase of 34.5% on the previous year, SBC said. The company also reported that operator attendance rose 37% and participation by C-level executives grew 40.7%. SBC confirmed during the week that Lisbon will remain the host city for the Summit until 2030.
