HIPTHER and the International Masters of Gaming Law have formalised a partnership that will begin at the HIPTHER Warsaw Summit on 27–28 October 2026. IMGL members will take part in the programme as speakers and deliver a dedicated masterclass, the organisations said.

Wynn Resorts expects its Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah to open in September 2027, according to chief executive Craig Billings. The company expects to decide around February 2027 how the resort will launch; handovers to its operations team are due to begin in early 2027, with full control expected in late July.

DraftKings lowered its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $6.35 billion-$6.55 billion, from $6.5 billion-$6.9 billion previously, and reported a third-quarter adjusted EBITDA loss of $317 million.
